Drain all ingredients except for diced tomatoes and Rotel. Combine all and stir together. Store in fridge for a couple of hours, then serve with chips.

Place all fresh ingredients into medium sauce pan, and set on medium heat. Stir in salts, black pepper, and hot sauce as fresh ingredients begin to heat up. Stir regularly, and cook until onions are sauteed. All fresh ingredients should be soft. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow cooling, then blend in a food processor. Chill salsa in fridge for 1.5 hours before serving.
