DEBBIE'S DIP

Drain all ingredients except for diced tomatoes and Rotel. Combine all and stir together. Store in fridge for a couple of hours, then serve with chips. 

  • hominy
  • frozen corn
  • black beans
  • fresh roma tomatoes (diced)
  • red onion
  • cilantro
  • Italian dressing
  • 1 can of rotel diced tomatoes with hot peppers

 Filled with potatoes and veggies, it's hearty, delicious, and easy to make ahead!  A breakfast casserole is the best way to feed a crowd first thing in the morning.

 A fresh, simple dip that can be thrown together in under 15 minutes!

CHUCK'S BUENO SALSA

Place all fresh ingredients into medium sauce pan, and set on medium heat. Stir in salts, black pepper, and hot sauce as fresh ingredients begin to heat up. Stir regularly, and cook until onions are sauteed. All fresh ingredients should be soft. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow cooling, then blend in a food processor. Chill salsa in fridge for 1.5 hours before serving. 

  •  2 x Roma Tomatoes (diced, skin on)
  •  1 x 4 can diced green chiles
  •  1/4 cup diced red onions
  •  2 x sprigs of fresh cilantro 
  •  2 cloves of garlic (minced or finely chopped)
  •  1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt 
  •  1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  •  2 teaspoons of cholula hot sauce
